OBS Quick Start Guide
1. Setting up OBS
💡 OBS Studio is a free and open-source, cross-platform screencasting and streaming app. It is available for Windows, macOS and Linux. https://obsproject.com/download
2. To start streaming in OBS Studio
Open file > settings > stream and select "Custom" from the list of services.
Set "Server" field: rtmps://cf.stream.mvs.wtf:443/live

3. Actions in Blum Memepad
– Open the token page. It is important that only the token creator is allowed to start a Live Stream.
– Press "Start Live Stream" button.

– Copy your streaming key.

4. Paste it into the «Stream Key» field in the OBS Studio window

5. Click «Apply» to save the selected items
6. Live stream was successfully launched!
7. Customize and create a scene
Before you start broadcasting, you need to set up OBS Studio, i.e. decide what will be shown to the audience. This can be a screen or part of it, a video file, a webcam, an external capture device, and much more. The content displayed in a broadcast is determined by its sources.
The sources in OBS Studio can be:

When you are ready - start broadcast by clicking on Start Streaming button.

1.Safety.
1.1. Self-Destructive Behavior. Content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm is prohibited, activity that may endanger your life, lead to your physical harm, or encourage others to engage in physically harmful behavior is prohibited. There are no exceptions for self-destructive behavior performed as a stunt or gag made in jest, or meant to entertain.
1.2. Terrorism and Violent Extremism. Content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts is prohibited. This includes threatening to or encouraging others to commit acts that would result in serious physical harm or significant property destruction.
1.3. Prohibition on Firearms-Related Content. It is prohibited to publish content offering the sale of fire arms or related accessories, as well as instructions for assembly and modification. Broadcasting demonstrations of holding, transporting, maintaining, or using firearms is also prohibited.
1.4. Adult Sexual Violence. Content or activities that promote or threaten sexual violence are a serious offense.
1.5. Youth Safety. Content or activity that endangers youth is prohibited. This includes content that features or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and the sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct or grooming of youth (which is defined by this policy as minors under 18).
1.6. Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information. Sharing someone else’s sensitive data without their permission is prohibited.
1.7. War-Related Videos. The dissemination of content featuring explicit military footage, acts of violence, or graphic depictions from conflict zones is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, videos that glorify war, promote militaristic propaganda, incite violence, or otherwise encourage or endorse violent conduct.
1.8. Gambling, Casinos, and Bids. Content that promotes gambling, casinos (online or offline), or betting platforms is prohibited. This includes sponsored content or affiliate links to gambling websites. Livestreams of virtual casino games, slot machines, or other gambling simulations that promote real-money gambling are not permitted.
1.9. False Information. Content that spreads false, misleading, or unverified information that could harm public safety, public health, or incite unrest is prohibited.
2.Civility and Respect.
2.1. Hateful Conduct. Behavior that is motivated by hatred, prejudice or intolerance is prohibited, including behavior that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, and veteran status.
2.2. Harassment. Harassment is prohibited, including personal attacks, promotion of physical harm, and malicious brigading.
2.3. Sexual Harassment. Sexual harassment is prohibited. This means non-physical behaviors of a sexual nature that cause users to feel uncomfortable, degraded, unsafe, or discouraged from participation.Unwanted comments–including comments made using emojis/emotes–regarding someone's appearance or body, sexual requests or advances, sexual objectification, and negative statements or attacks related to a person's perceived sexual behaviors or activities, regardless of their gender.Recording or sharing of non-consensual intimate images or videos under any circumstances is prohibited.
3.Illegal Activity.
3.1. Breaking the Law. Users must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, offering, or soliciting illegal activity is prohibited.
3.2. Intellectual Property Rights. It is forbidden to share content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties.
3.3. Drugs and Substance Abuse. Content that portrait or promotes the used, sale, or manufacturing of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia is not permitted. Using drugs or appearing under the influence while streaming is strictly forbidden.
4.Sensitive Content.
4.1. Extreme Violence, Gore, and Other Obscene Conduct. Content that features extreme violence or gore may be disturbing and distressing, especially if there is death, mutilation, or blood.Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.Additionally, websites that heavily feature adult content such as sexually explicit content, illegal content, or death and gore are prohibited.
4.2. Sexual Content. Sexual content is prohibited, regardless of the medium used to create it (digital or non-digital). Users are prohibited from broadcasting, uploading, soliciting, promoting, offering, and linking to pornographic content.
4.3. Adult Nudity. Users are prohibited from broadcasting or uploading content that contains depictions of real or fictional nudity, regardless of the medium used to create it.Incomplete censoring, such as pixelization, mosaics, blurring effects, sheer or partially see-through clothing do not constitute an exemption to this policy.
