1. Eligibility for Refund & Recovery
Refunds or asset recoveries may be considered in the following cases:
- Unsupported Deposits – If you deposit an asset that is not supported by our platform, recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed. A service fee will apply.
- Incorrect Deposit Address – If you send assets to an incorrect or non-existent wallet address, recovery is generally not possible. If feasible, a processing fee will be deducted.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Transactions completed with correct details but later regretted by the user.
- Lost assets due to phishing attacks, scams, or user negligence.
- Transactions involving third-party wallets or intermediaries.
- Deposits below USD 50.
- Assets sent to a memecoin contract address.
3. How to Request a Refund or Recovery
If you deposit currencies that are not supported on our platform but use a public blockchain that we support, those assets will not be credited to your account on our platform. In such cases, please retrieve the transaction record from the corresponding blockchain explorer and submit your deposit details as instructed below. Our specialists will review and process your request once it has been received.
3.1. Fill Out the Refund Form: Click here to access the form. Provide following information:
- Telegram username
- Transaction ID (hash)
- Wallet address
- Token type
- Amount
3.2. Service Fees: A recovery fee will be applied due to the significant human resources and time required for asset recovery, as well as the involvement of third-party assistance. A fee of 20 USDT will be charged or frozen for this process. In certain special deposit cases, after verification, our specialist may either refund the 20 USDT to you or recover the assets free of charge. Please refer to the final verification results for specific details.
3.3. Review & Evaluation: Your request will be processed within 7 to 15 business days. Once completed, the recovered assets will be transferred to the receiving wallet you provided. If the provided information is incomplete or your Fund Account balance is below 20 USDT, the retrieval process may take longer. To avoid delays, please ensure that your USDT account within the Fund Account has at least 20 USDT available to cover the recovery fee. If the balance is insufficient, please make a deposit as soon as possible.
3.4. Final Outcome: Once your request has been reviewed and evaluated, you will receive a notification regarding the final decision. This notification will confirm whether your request has been approved or denied based on the eligibility criteria and feasibility of asset recovery. If your request is denied, the reason for the decision will be provided, and no further action will be taken.
3.5. Refund Processing Time: If your refund request is approved, the processing will begin immediately. Refunds will be completed within two weeks from the approval date. The recovered assets will be returned to the same wallet address from which the original deposit was made. Please ensure that your wallet is active and accessible to receive the refunded assets. If there are any delays beyond the expected processing time, you may contact our support team for further assistance.
4. Failed withdrawals from Blum to other platforms
Or if withdrawing assets from Blum platform to another platform, your assets will be returned to your Blum account if the receiving platform fails to receive them. Possible reasons for this include:
- The receiving platform requires users to complete identity verification (KYC), and you have not completed the verification.
- The network selected during withdrawal does not match the network chosen in the receiving platform.
- Your withdrawal amount is below the minimum deposit amount specified by the receiving platform.
If your withdrawal fails due to the above reasons and your assets are returned to your Blum account, please contact our support team. We will help you send your request to the technical team for processing.
